Services

I offer individual counseling, as well as parent and/or family sessions when appropriate. I especially encourage teens to include parents in their therapy.

All services are currently offered through telehealth on Sessions Health, a HIPAA-compliant platform.

Fees

In attempts to balance accessibility, sustainability, and community in my practice, I use a suggested sliding fee scale based on “The Green Bottle”. This structure offers different rates depending on one’s financial circumstances, rather than one flat fee. I do not ask for proof of income, rather ask each client to honestly self-select the range and fee that feels most accessible to you. Hopefully, this will keep therapy accessible for those with fewer resources while also allowing me to maintain my practice.
