Couples & Family Therapy
I offer couples and family therapy for people who want support understanding and shifting relational patterns. This includes non-monogamous and polyamorous relationships, as well as more traditional couples or families, blended families, and foster families.
My work with couples and families focuses on understanding patterns between people - how roles, expectations, communication, and emotional responses take shape over time. Rather than locating problems in one person, therapy will look at the relationship system as a whole. With both couples and families, the work will often involve slowing things down, paying attention to interactions as they unfold, and making space for different perspectives. Whether I’m working with a couple or a family, the goal is to support greater clarity, responsiveness, and connection as relationships adapt to stress, change, and development over time.
Session length is typically 75 minutes and offered on a private-pay basis at a flat rate of $200 per session. This structure allows space to focus on the relationship itself rather than individual diagnosis. Extended sessions are available in 30-minute increments at a rate of $80 when scheduled in advance.
