In-Person Sessions

• Wednesdays: 11 am (every other week), 12:30 pm, 4 pm

Location: 18310 James Street, Snohomish, WA 98296

Located in a residential area, within the same building as Soom Retreat. Free parking is available, entrance is not fully ADA accessible.

Telehealth Sessions

Current Availability:

• Mondays: 2 pm, 3:30 pm

• Tuesdays: 2 pm, 3:30 pm

• Thursdays: 3:30 pm, 5 pm (every other week)

Location: Anywhere in Washington state via secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform
