Welcome
Therapy for Preteens, Teens, & Adults in Washington State
Therapy with me
My approach is grounded in attachment, systems, and psychodynamic perspectives, with an integrative style that may include practical skills, somatic awareness, and psychoeducation when helpful.
In therapy, we slow things down enough to notice patterns as they show up in real time. This might include how you respond to stress, how you relate to yourself and others, and and the patterns that feel hard to shift even if you understand them intellectually. Over time, we begin to make sense of where these patterns come from and how they were shaped by earlier experiences, relationships, and environments. From there, we work toward building more choice in how you respond, more capacity to stay present with difficult emotions, and more connection with yourself and others.
