Welcome to Healing
Relational therapy for people who feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck.
Working with tweens, teens, parents, adults, couples, and families.
Being out of step does not always mean out of touch.
In fact, sometimes it’s the opposite. Many of us who don’t quite fit neatly into boxes are the dreamers, the thinkers, the troublemakers, the sensitive ones. We feel deeply, imagine boldly, and notice what others overlook.
But with this gift can also come the weight of being misunderstood or having to carry more than most. Over time, this may show up as:
Depression, anxiety, or chronic overwhelm
Intense or rapidly shifting emotions
Escaping, numbing, or shutting down
Perfectionism or constant pressure to “get it right”
Struggling in relationships
Lingering impact of trauma
You may have spent years trying to manage all of this on your own - masking, shrinking, over-functioning, keeping the peace, or trying to make yourself easier for others to digest. And it likely worked for a while, because you did what you had to survive. But it probably came at a cost.
Therapy can be a place where you don’t have to hold everything by yourself. A place to be witnessed without judgment, to slow down enough to understand your feelings, make sense of your patterns, and build the capacity to respond to life with more choice and less pressure.
My role is to walk with you as we explore what’s happening in your mind, body, and relationships - helping you organize and understand your inner world in a way that feels manageable, not overwhelming.
I provide deeply affirming, nonjudgmental care for LGBTQ2S+ clients, neurodivergent people, trauma survivors, and anyone who’s felt outside the norm.
